EUROPEAN COLORECTAL CONGRESS

St.Gallen, Switzerland

The main topics this year are:
COMPLICATIONS
LIVER METASTASES
Since no one likes to admit having complications after surgery, they are rarely discussed at a congress. Thus, we decided to focus this year’s congress particularly on the topic of complications: What are the causes, how can we treat them and how can we prevent them.

To encourage the participation of young professionals, we continue offering a reduced participation fee for fellows in training.

Registration
An early bird fee is offered until 22nd September 2010.

Abstract Award
We are looking for the best free paper in the fields “Colorectal surgery” and "Liver metastases". The deadline for abstract submission is 31st August 2010.

Workshops
Two workshops will be held on 30th November 2010 and during the congress.
The workshops cover proctological topics and again NOTES & Single Port Surgery.
The programme of the workshops includes live surgery (simulcast to the auditorium), discussion as well as hands-on training.
